Feeding schedule

How often does everyone feed their coral? I'm currently target feeding mine 2-3 times per week with Reef Roids and I'm seeing big results.

I tend to use Two Little Fishes Marine Snow, Amazon.com : Two Little Fishies ATLMSPD4 Marine Snow, 16.9-Ounce : Aquariums : Pet Supplies
I'll use a bit of RODI, melt food of choice in it, rinse it, then add a small amount of the snow maybe 2x per week.
I was using Coral Frenzy in the past as well as Reef Roids, but this seems to work better for me. I did pick it out for the contents which include organics, phyto and zooplanktons.

I use brs reef chilli and reef roids about 1x per per....I just mix em together and does 1 scoop

I dosed reefroid before and didn't see a difference. I guess my corals are getting enough food from fish food and poop.
