Finishing Basement only to move Aquarium down.

I realize that I might be a little too much into this hobby when the only motivation for finishing my basement is so I can move my tank downstairs and have a dedicated fish/laundry room.

I didnt have a block for the fishtank... so that red bay window is whats representing the tank for now.

Nice! I completely understand your motivation. I'm there with you. As soon as I can swing it I'm going to finish ours too (for mostly the same reasons!).

- hey, since you have a long wall, how about a BIGGER tank? or move the tank to between the TWO poles...? so you can view from 3 sides or 4 sides... see below... (you got the idea...)

I wish I could, but near those washer/dryer is where the heating unit and boiler are.... so I have to manage.
The real pain is going to be moving that pool table, its really think slate and weights so much!!!

The software I used is Autodesk Revit Architecture.

i know to move the pool table is tricky, you will need to re-level them...e
you may want to just call those pool table shop to see how much they are going to charge to move it for you... may be the cost for that is worth to do it as your real plan to be...

I assembled it and installed the felt, I can do the moving I will use a jack to "wheel" it.
