Fish birthday, what to do?

In a few weeks this Fireclown will be 21 years old and I don't know weather to throw him a party of just get a cake. He will also be able to legally drink so I was thinking of dosing Vodka.

I have some older pictures of him. This one is not to long ago, I think just 5 or so years.




This one is probably the oldest one I have because this is before digital photography. All the older pictures would be on film and I would have to search through archives.
This was during a particularly bad algae cycle that I must have got after adding a lot of mud and water from the Sound, I don't remember. It may be 15 or more years old. Is there any way to tell?
