So I moved some lighting around. I took the opportunity to replace my T5 bulbs.
I am down to 3 aqua life t5 hybrid fixtures.

I have two 60” 4 bulb fixture
And one 48” 4 bulb fixture
So I spend $300 on T5 bulbs ouch !!!

I am currently running
1 actinic
1 blue +
2 coral +
On each fixture I run the t5 for 5hrs every day.

Don’t buy it new. I have always manage to get them used really cheap.
they work for me. They add par and they work great with the Kessil

yeah I have a 4 footer right now, and I love how they look with my AP9X. and still looking to buy or trade a 60" fixture

So I got a good deal on an another 8ft frag tank.
From acrylic creations. The same people I got my other frag tank from.
I jumped at the chance. But now I have to get rid of 2 4ft tanks.

I have no more room. So I have to get rid of the 120 gallon .
I am also going to get rid of the 4ft frag tank.

That way I can have space for the 8ft frag tank.

ok so I was able to pick up this monster skimmer.
its a reef dynamic XRC 500
its going to be a good fit for this system. now I just need to figure out how to set it up.

I found a picture online of someone else's setup so I think its the same.
I also need to get a feeder pump for this bad boy

got some downtime this weekend so I added the 8ft frag tank and a 20 gallon refugium or anemone tank. I haven't decided what I am going to use it for.
now I have everything in one system. I also added a 24 x24 frag tank for mushrooms/zoas.

I had to make 100 trips to Home Depot

So my numbers on my trident are off.
So I already know the drill I put in a ticket for a replacement trident.
I selected the complete replacement with the new reagent.it arrived Friday and I should have time tonight to replace and ship back my old trident.

I was having trouble with a “No water sample” error for the longest time and put a ticket in. Turned out the light wasn’t working that reads the sample and I sent it out for the lower end repair service. Came back 2 weeks later running like new.

Yeah this is the 2nd time I send it back to Neptune.
It’s like every year you have to send it to them.

That stinks to hear, I’ve only had to send mine once. Overall I’m not impressed at all with the build quality but it does make life much easier.
