Flow suggestions

Looking for suggestions before adding some coral. Looking to put lps corals. Had a bio cube before with no luck on growing corals. How much flow do I need? How do I know when I have enough? Thanks in advance!

Looking to put a zoe garden on top.

Depends on what LPS you put in it. Duncans torches will require less flow because of the long tentacles compared to LPS with shorter ones.

What return pump are you running and what is the powerhead in the back? As others have said, you don't need a ton of flow with LPS, you can also use your rockwork to create zone of higher flow and lower flow.

For LPS, it's easy to identify how much flow they want. I find that torches can tolerate more than others like hammers, frogspawns etc.
What you're looking for is for it to be puffed up and have a bit of sway on the tentacles

30g, let the return be the flow. You can even get one of those varied flow things that you attach to the return outlet.
