I know there are calculators for how much flow you should have for just about any size tank and what you have in the tank- anywhere from 6x- 40x- I just upped all my tanks- may even add more- what do you have for your tanks- with or without the sump added in

I usually struggle with tank flow. depends on decor, tank shape, and types of corals. Some coral like much flow and others not so much. It take time to figure it out.

I have 2 Jaebo SOW 15 on the 80g tank set to W1 speed 2.
