Fluval AIO setup

Anyone running one of these tanks? have a decent sized one that i would like to setup. Not sure if I need to stick with fowlr or can add some basic corals (hammers, similar)

what did you use as media?
what hob skimmer do you recommend?

I had a nuvo 40, great tank, you can have all kind of corals you want it just depends on the lights that you are going to use, for media just trow a bag of carbon or chemipure, and I had an skimmer in the 2 chamber of the right side a Cadilights pls 50 elite, great skimmer, and for lights i had a hydra 26hd and t5s

Nice looking setup

I don’t know model number and to be honest I didn’t realize the made one bigger than what you have. The tank is 39x27x18.5. dimensions put the tank at 84g
it has a canister filter plumbed underneath.

@thirty6 post some pictures, we will be able to help a little bit more, and as far as I know canister filters are a nitrate factory

I ran Fluval 406 and then a FX6 for 4 years on a Deep Blue 90g. Never had nitrate problems.

How is that Refugium helping your system. Like good, just ok, or it’s making a difference??
