FREE CHAETO

I'm in for some free macro. I setup my refugium about a week ago and was hoping some one out there had some free macro or some LFS had some cheap. I'm located in East Orange, NJ

I also need to prune mine, will have a small baggies worth, lots of pods if anyone in central jersey wants to grab a baggy full (free of course).

... I've been pruning my Halimeda forest in my DT and I can also bring some to R2R on Saturday or Sunday. I'm still trying to figure out which day I will be picking up.

My forest is so thick the green star polyps are growing OVER/surrounding it. The Halimeda has a GPS cloak :p I guess GPS really does grow on anything... Some is white, but it must be healthy considering they are rooting in my DT and growing like crazy. I'm guessing that the white on several of them may part of a holocarpic (sexual) state, but I it may be unlikely considering they keep going white/black/green for the past few months and the inhabitants are pretty much all live w/o any massive water changes, carbons, etc.

I also have some Halimeda copiosa and Halimeda opuntia if anyone is interested. Pretty sure that's what it is.

If no takers... it's getting dumped.

If we are going the same time to R@R I will take some.

I will also bring some cheato to R@R if anyone wants it.

I'm planning on going Sunday since tomorrow is not going to work out due to the 2:00 drop off.

It looks like you are going tomorrow though so it may not work out. I can bring some on the 12th or worst case, if I can't make it, give some to MikeM for you and others.

I dumped about a gallon bag worth of it, but there is still plenty more growing in my tank to prune.
