Turned over a frag today that a hermit crab turned upside down and several polyps are fine- they looked like strings when I tied them to the frag-I guess @MadReefer tossed his too soon

They will be just fine and they look like that when Stress out
Nope, they were melted for lack of a better term. I would assume the container with rubble was not the right approach.
