Frozen or dry

Whats everyone feed their fish frozen or dry. I have always fed flakes and pellets never did frozen but want to start

frozen for the fish.
Nori for the herbivores
Reef roids for the corals.

Yeah reef roids is great my fish love it too

both. I mix between flakes and frozen food. My frozen is a mix of different types as well

I make my fish food, get a bunch of frozen ingredients, put them in the processor and blend til it's the right size. Recent batch has flounder, clams, scallops, shrimp, squid, and then i also put in frozen mysis, sometimes bloodworms and brine shrimp, krill, spiralina or however it's spelled, and some cyclops.

i was feeding them mysis and brine shrimp but i am now feeding them R.O.E. from reef nutrition. i also have a stock of rod's food in my freezer which i haven't tried yet
