My husband has galaxia in his tank realy beauriful piece. But it doesnt seem to open like mines does in my nano. Everything is right. His salt level is a little low but not drastic

Yes pretty much he has way better lighting then i do he has the orbit led
The light itself could be the issue....as the spectrum may not be 100% to its liking. Your light may be on the cheaper end but may offer the better lighting option ...but that's a guess on my end.
Try moving the coral to another place in the tank and see how it does
