Right now it's only on the overflow which is 1/2".
The Maxspect Gyre will come standard for aquariums up to 3/4", there will also be an upgrade magnet kits for larger aquariums.

They were $465 for the past few years then went on sale last month. Looks like the $395 price is staying.
They whole sale thing from Ecotech was a prelude to them dropping the price on the powerheads.
The other question is....When do their patents expire? Generally speaking, patents are only good for between 17 - 21 years. Once they expire....watch out for the Chinese knock-offs. Although as I typed this, China never paid attention to our patents anyway???

Here is the Maxspect Gyre on my 265. All the other pumps are off. Notice the pink Xenia on the bottom right getting flow. That is 7 feet away.

Looks like there is some great flow in your tank. Your tank is looking good.
What downsides do you see with the gyre? My interest is peaked in them, but for some reason I'm not completely sold.
