If you buy it, which it sounds like you plan to, let us know if the shipping is actually $10.00.

When I spoke to Leroy before my order, he quoted me one price for shipping, and then charged me much higher in the end.

I received some of the Grunge, and would give it a good rating. No issues there. Just do not like a business that quotes one price and then charges a different one.

my tank has been running for a while. do you think i should try this to get some cool stuff or not bother

It's not too different from swapping sand from another reefer or getting some of the gunk from the bottom of a lfs' rock bins ime.

I run bare bottom tanks and the tanks are clean, no bad stuff, as live rock breaks down, detritus happens, I siphon it out may be once a month. Putting it in a container
you can see the pods, mini stars, baby snails. I have 4 tanks, each with a different type of corals, softys, mixed, shooms, cold water. I do not ship or charge and you are welcome to contact me and arrange a time to pick up, Ill harvest it and you go home and dump it in your tank, done.
One thing that you have to be aware of is what are you introducing into your tank!!!
Every thing that I obtain gets dipped and treated and for bad things, you cannot do that with debris, so observing the tank is a necessary measure.
That said, let me know. Greg
