Right now all coral colonies look OK, but still need to recover the Emp's body, or I can still have amonia issues.

The generator would not stay running more than 1 - 2 mins, and the power was not the best, so some pumps would not run.

I am running carbon and have a 40 gal water changecooking + some beer and scotch = survival for my corals???

Water change is done. Last fish body recovered, the emperor angel. Hopefully w/o decaying fish to worry about, the coral will survive. Keeping fingers crossed. Skimmer is foaming like crazy. Lots of coral slime in the water.

On the brite side, no loss of human life, and house is OK, basement drying out nicely. I consider this a bullet dodged, but losing so many fish sucks. If I had a total wipeout, I would consider leaving hobby. Let's hope that never happens. Too many friends in the club to lose.

I hope everyone comes through this in great shape. Just watching my five surviving green chromies w/ glass of scoth in hand. I have done all I can.
