giant worm?

Hello all,

I have what appears to be a very large bristleworm. I know there are probably more but this guy is huge. Should I keep him or not? I am really confused by all the contradictory information out there. Do they eat fish? snails? shrimp? etc.

Anyone with an opinion please let me know.

I have a couple big boys in my tank I just leave them in there but that's me

I don't like big bristle worms in the display tank. I usually just toss it in the refugium.

Should I worry about him eating snails etc.?

Maybe fire worms. I think the normal bristle worms are scavengers. If the snail is dying then it might eat it.
