Alright guys. Tested my water before and after cleaning the hinges with WD40 and there was a difference of 0.001... So my main tank is actually 1.028.

Ehh I usually have it at 1.026-27 with no problems.
1.0265 is optimal and closely matches natural sea water. And I agree. O28 is not a big deal if it moves slowly.
Yeah I think its been up that way for awhile. I'm gonna try and bring it down a bit.
