Good cheap return pump - rio, quite one or ??

I wanted everyones opinion on a good cheap return pump, and the recommended sump flow rate. The sump is around 15 gallons and will have a head pressure of 5ft using flex.

I have a rio on my 120, it was a great price and quiet.

What size tank is it for? I have used a sicce syncra and loved it but when I upgraded I went with a rio hyper-flo, again I love it. Can hear either one. My sons tank has a deep blue triton and it it silent as well. All three move a ton of water for there size and power consumption.

Usually 3-5x your display volume is recommended.

I use a quiet one 4000 on my 75 and like it. It returns 600gph ACTUAL flow. I run my GFO/Carbon off this pump as well.

I have been using the same pump for 5 years it's a solid workhorse. Only uses 35 Watts.

I use a quiet one for water changes and is a nice pump for the price.
