I've had two gorgonians for almost a year now.
A few weeks ago, one of them closed up shop and I thought it was a goner. It started to get a light coating of algae and that is not a good sign in the gorgonian world.
This Purple Bush even survived "the crash" of the 120.
Here it is in the 120:
But yesterday out of the blue.
It opened back up! I had to take a turkey baster and blow off some of the algae, but so far so good.
I hate when things take a hiatus and close up for periods of time.
