Hello Fellow Reefers,

As many of you know when our three and half year old son Josh was born he had some complications at birth and was diagnosed with a brain injury. We ended up spending three months in the hospital.

Thankfully he made some great progress in his development over the past 3 and half years.While Josh was in the hospital we lived at the Ronald McDonald House in New Brunswick. Many people think this place is funded totally by McDonalds but they only give a very small percentage of the money it takes to run the houses. I have been volunteering at RMH since all this happened and currently sit on the Board for the Organization.

We invite you all to a walk at Great Adventure for Ronald McDonald House of Long Branch and New Brunswick Sunday June 7, 2015. We ask for $75 per person. We are hoping to get 40 people to reach our goal of $3000.00. So please bring your friends and share on your Facebook and Twitter pages.

All registered walkers gain free early admission & parking to Great Adventure the day of the event! Normally $42 plus $22 for parking. So basically you pay for a day at Great Adventure support a great cause and get a T-Shirt.

Up to $1150 Who will help us reach our goal for this great cause? Join us for the 16th annual Walk with Ronald McDonald® at Six Flags Great Adventure on June 7.Registration begins at 8 a.m. The event kicks off at 9:15 a.m. with a ceremony featuring special guests Nick Tangorra Band.

Walk begins at 9:30 a.m. and proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald® Houses of Central and Northern New Jersey.
Walk registration includes theme park ticket to enjoy the day.

Knocking this Fundraiser out of the park. $6000 is in the rear view mirror. I spent the afternoon at the RMH in New Brunswick I couldn't help but remember when we lived there for those 90 days. And how greatful I am to be able to help other families with very sick kids.
