Green Mushroom question

I have a green mushroom that curled up and has white worm-like tendrils coming out of it. Anyone have any ideas what is happening with this? Thanks

Sounds like a hairy mushroom to me. 

Nothing wrong....that is the shroom.

Does it look like this (bottom right)

i have seen shrooms kinda spit their insides out through their mouths. looks like strings. they usually go back in, wouldnt worry yet
