Just remember that Clown tangs are known to be mean. Did I say mean? No - "very mean". They and Sohal are the two most aggressive tangs in the hobby.

They can snap overnight and kill other tank mates not just harass them.

Keep an eye on it all times.

Yea I know but I always wanted to try one and my yellow is 3 times his size so I figured it might work out... And he was only $45 I couldn't pass on it.. Keeping my fingers crossed...

Looking good Mike. Let me know how you like the vega. That's gonna be one that I'm looking at when I'm ready to make my LED move.

From just playing with the demo mode and looking over all the different options this thing is awesome....

+1 to that!

I've had the Vegas on my tank for almost 2 months now and love them.

I see you updated the firmware, I still have to do that. In the pic, you have all colors equal, have to adjusted the setting? I have mine set 40% white, all blues 60%, and red and green 15%

I'm about 75% through my set 8 week acclimation of a 40% reduction.

So I haven't posted in awhile cause I had a Magnesium crash(my stupid fault) didn't do any damage but pissed a few corals off no big deal..
But then I had one of my little ones mess with my timer for my Alk doser and dumped 3/4 to 1/2 a gallon of Alk in the tank so I lost all my Sps a few chalices, some Zoas, acans, my Potters Angel, and Hippo tang.
So I figured it was time to tear the sump out and put my new sump in which I had to empty 3/4 of the tank to be able to slide the tank away from the wall to get the sump under my stand its a 30" sump and the front opening is only 28" so I had to go from the back. All in all it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
So here are some pics of the new sump

So I haven't updated in a long time so here we go
My wife and I bought a house so I just finished packing up all the fish and coral and moved them in buckets and plastic containers to the stock tank I set up in the basement of the new house.

All fish and coral are doing great!!! (Thanks sunny for the trap)

Here is the tank in its new spot. I can't fill it up and start cycling cause my bulkheads were leaking and I need to go get new ones.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1416175476.127553.jpg
