Gyre 1k for trade or sale

Please read below carefully:
I bought this Gyre used 2 years ago and 6 months ago I took it all apart to clean it.
Putting it back together one side won't spin and I searched and tried what I read and watched. If its all apart the motor spins fine on both sides. I gave up and went back to my Jaebo SOW15.

Like I said both sides spin when apart. I can't figure out why one side won't work when put back together.
