Gyre problem?

Hey all. Had my Gyre 130 for a few months now. Maintained well. It hasn't made any invert (or other) kills. I'm sure its a previous blade build. Regardless... a few nights ago I began to hear it from 2 rooms away. It's set on 40% pulse and hasn't changed in months. Starting to drive me nuts as I'm so focused on it at times.
Any similar experiences and/or advice?

I'm having the same issue. I would take it apart and clean it. This worked for me for a few days, but the noise came back. I just haven't had the time to mess with it.

Badly worded. Its set at 40% pulse and has been on that setting for months. I have been opening the unit every few weeks to clean and inspect. Its just a motor hum that started out of nowhere about 2 weeks ago and seems to have gotten a little louder in the past 48 hours.

I'll probably drop a line at Coralvue, see what they have to say.
