I have this gold hammer that looks a bit unhappy lately!! The other day I noticed this mushroom going higher next to the flesh!! Could a mushroom sting a so much bigger hammer?
I took this picture now and the other like 10 days ago

Mushrooms are in the same family as anemones, Cnidaria, I am pretty sure (99+%) they contain nematocysts and can sting.

My golden gonzos hold back a meteor shower cyphastrea.

I would move the mushroom with a curved cutter (grind under it with small cuts to relocate). May want to be proactive with iodine on the site of the sting (this may be unnecessary as the hammer still has extension)

Disappointed.
Thought this was going to be a 3,487 hour throw down video.
