Hanging lights

I plan on getting the viparspectet light. It comes with a max 24 inch hanging kit. This means the light will be about 18 inches from top of tank. What can I do to lower the light?

A dozen things. But need more info. Is it a single point or two point hanging kit. And at what height do you want to end up. With out knowing more my first suggestion is to simply use a long toggle to start your hang or add a wire or chain loop between your ceiling mount and your light hanger. Any pics are always helpful

Two point hanger. 10 to 12 inches from top of tank.

You can still use a wall mount bracket on a corner tank. I mount tv’s in corners that way all the time. Just need an arm long enough to reach center of tank

I like the idea of the TV mount. How do you know the mount will fit or attach to the light?
I will order the light first and see where to go from there.

You also go cheaper with unistrut. Just paint it black

As far as how long the arm needs to be. Just measure from the center of the tank to a side wall at 90 degrees
