Happy Anniversary to us

Well I was working in Central Jersey today I get a call from my daughter. Our electric is out ok it has been on and off a couple times but nothing else is out e are the only one. Ok that is a problem. I call the electric company they send someone out. The transformer blew in front of our house. Guess what in only runs our house nothing else. lol go figure. They put in a new transformer get our electric running we go in the house and the fun begins most of our low voltage stuff are no fried. garage door opener, security system, microwave, 2 uv sterilizers, xbox, phones, 2 cable boxes, and last but not least my reefkeeper. Everything ran off the controller. Needless to say not a very good day

That really sucks. We had a lighting strike on my house a few years ago. Insurance took care of all of it. I would imagine you would be in the same boat.
In my case it blew my tvs, computer, and some random stuff all around the house.

Sorry to hear . We lost power Saturday night for three hours,only our cul de sac . It made me realize how unprepared i am .

Really sucks to hear this guys. When you get things back up and running you may want to think about one of the "whole house" surge protectors. It goes by your fuse box before the service. It protects your entire house.

I have a BNIB Reefkeeper Lite L3 PLUS and an additional PC4 Power Bar, I was thinking about putting on the market, if that would help.

Wow really sorry to hear this happened. Are your pumps and heaters and stuff working or is everything out?
