Harlequin shuffle

I've been thinking about getting a harlequin shrimp to sort out the massive amount of asterinas I have. It seems I have something eating freshly fragged zoas. Not colonies on rocks, only freshly fragged ones. Hearsay aside, I'm not going to be the guy begging people for starfish to keep this shrimp alive. Do we have maybe half a dozen people interested in sharing one of these guys ? I know Ryan might be interested, but anyone else ?

When I had my 105g, it took half a year for two harlequins to take out all the asterina. So if you have a large enough tank you don’t have to worry about rehoming for a while.

Really. I didn't know that. The way people talk I thought it was a couple weeks at most. None the less, the shrimp live for more than six months

Just spitballing here. Not sure if I'm even going to get one yet. They're done messing with my ato sensor, starting now

My harlequinn was the coolest part of my tank at one point.... he housed all the stars, however, it didn't take long for him to perish, it was like week one probably 1000 stars, end of week 2 500 stars, by like week 4 he had already died... I didn't see a star for several months.

Sad.. I just like you said don't know how you'd supplement easily.
