Check with TSM Aquatics. They always have healthy, eating and QT'd fish.

Bought one from NY aquatics last week from their live sale. So far so good, but with copperbands you are never sure until you have had them for a long time. We had one for years that was amazing and it got bullied by our clownfish which is no longer in our system.

Yeah they get bullied easily, I used mirrors before with good results
