Any recommendations on a heater for my 46g?

Eheim jager on a heater controller of some sort. All heaters will fail. Even the best heaters.

For smaller tanks I like the cobalt neo-therms or eheim jager

Eheim Jäger is the only one that gets my money.

I've read a few nasty stories about those cobalts melting and blowing in tank so I stay away.

These are the higher wattage ones that were having issues.
