HELP – Orange Worm – What is It?

Need Help! Cruising across the front glass of the refugium was this orange worm-like thing with hair projectiles coming off the front third of the head portion. Is this good or should I rip the SOB out of the tank? Never saw this before. I only have a crappy point-n-shoot, so this is the best I could do:

Spaghetti worm. Completely harmless and good to have around.

Looks like a spaghetti worm to me. They're harmless.
