base on my experience, when my tank has problem such as algae and color lost in coral? I either has nitrite or phosphate spike. taht is with my tank. other might have bugs that eat your coral, not enough light, water parameter all out of wack.
if the tank is taht bad, do a large water change and continue weekly water change with correction of water parameters to its optimum level and the problem will be gone by itself

But here’s what I’m willing to do. I’ll give you my IceCap system for your crappy LEDs. I’m talking a 660 and 430 ballast with six 4 foot T5bulbs with endcaps and reflectors. Now that’s a great deal. I hear IceCap is an UP-AND-COMING business! :

This has been happening pre light switching.

Thanks everyone. I spoke Dnov99 last night and he think it may be due to my inconsistent dosing. Bax is stoping by tomorrow to pick up a light so he can give some more input as well. I am bringing a water sample to the meeting Dnov99 is going to test it to see if my test kits are incorrect.
Sid, still haven't hooked up the new RO/DI. I didn't realize it did not come with a auto shut off valve so I still have diatoms on the sand.
