Help cracked frogspawn skeleton

I got it yesterday and today I was going to glue it to a rock and when I went to twist it off it literally cracked so easily. It cracked on at least 5 different sides. I dont know if I can glue it together. I can't believe it was so flimsy. I never had this problem with any of these corals before. WILL IT DIE??! What should I do? Plz asap respones. Thank you

Try glueing the lower part of the skeleton once it sets up dip it in revive. Hopefully that might work

Is that a branching frogspawn? It was def cut to close to the head. Can you tell of any of the flesh was torn? If not it may be fine.

i had a yellow torch split like that, i immediately glued it back together and it lived.

I would use putty. Just rap it around and you could even build a better base with it. Thats what I did with a hammer once it split and had no skeletal structure.

why not use a razor blade to pop it off? usually it pops really easy. just sayin

hey - i don't have frogspawn but hordes of hammer coral and can easily give you a frag if this one dies. In your pic, does that sexy shrimp always hang around the coral like that or is it thinking dead coral= food?
