Help ID algae and worm

Hello!
Can someone help me id what type of algae and worm is in my tank?

the first one is a picture of the algae, currently just a single strand, long and a bit hard. I’ve pulled out maybe 5-6 strands from across my tank in the past week. I’m afraid this is going to go full scale if I don’t treat.

second one is a video of the worm, very hard to see. Super tiny and only about 2 from what I’ve seen so far. Is this going to eat me when it grows up? It doesn’t look like a Bristle worm.. the body is striped a bit black. When they were smaller, they were all white

How old is your tank? Hard to tell with algae. Does it have bubbles on the end and what color is it?
Best bet of identifying is through a microscope to be positive.
Worm no clue could be a baby bristleworm

Color of the algae is like a greenish/brown string. Doesn’t seem soft like hair algae. Really hoping it’s not Bryopsis.

I would call the algae Reginald.
The worm definitely looks like a Sam.
