I give you all much credit...those of you who are able to maintain wonderful looking tanks! I am not one of you!! *pouts* Sadly, I have bitten off more then I am prepared to chew here....I gave it a lil over a year and I just do not have the time or the energy to keep this up (don't have the room either, no sump, and I'm maintaining out of our spare bathroom....this isn't endearing me to the wife!)

I need help. I'm looking to break down the tank and would prefer that things go to the members here rather then just trying to sell all this quickly back to the LFS...besides, this would be my way of paying it forward...you all were wonderful when I first came to this site over a year ago...I appreciate it!

I have approx 90lbs of live rock. The tank is 55 gallons. I am not looking to make a profit, but I am hoping to make some money back. The tank has a lot of green algae in it and the live rock has some aptasia on it. I have been treating it with aptasia X

I will happily entertain ALL reasonable offers for live stuff. PM me please. This is for pick up only...I don't know how to frag and I'm not shipping anything. I'll post pics and if anyone is interested in anything, just contact me...thanks!!!

I'm not selling the tank or the stand, but I will sell all of the other equipment. Of course, I need to empty the tank of livestock before the equipment can go, I don't want my critters perishing.

The torch, rics, and the zoas on the frag station are sold pending sale on saturday.

Guys, when you pm, please make an offer...I know you aren't looking to lowball, but I'm also not looking to highball and I'm trying to give prices based on what I paid for frags...I don't have any experience with this sort of thing and can be reasonable with the pricing...this stuff has to go...I need that spare bathroom back!...laughs

Great looking livestock. Sorry that you're jumping out of the hobby. Looks like that algae just got the best of you (more snails would have helped you immensely here).

Good luck selling it off.

thanks Phil!....the main thing is that I don't have the time and I can't have a sump, so our tub in teh second bathroom is holding this huge rubbermaid container of RO water and various buckets and other supplies. So, it is in essence a half bath at this point and it is starting to really really upset the wife that guests can't shower in there...

Hi Brando. I think you are talking about the red brain thing? It is attached pretty good to the piece of live rock and I'm afraid to pull it off. It also swells up fairly largely so you will need to have some room for it. I've seen it get as long as 6 inches from top to bottom and around 2-3 wide. I'll sell it and the rock for 60. Pm me if you are intersted. it seems that pickup is this saturday at noon.

torch/hammer (not sure what it is), the rics and the zoas on the frag station
Duncan colony and the large green/white acan colony
Yellow leather
the tang and two cleaner shrimp

Hey inquisitive! It has been a while heh? Sorry to hear you are heading a different direction, as it was great meeting you. I agree you have a very nice collection of corals there.

I'm very interested in the clam, yellow tang, and feather dusters. Maybe the pair of clowns if I can figure out how to remove the solo guy I have hosting in my nem currently.
