Help Properly ID these Palys Please

Ok, I got these last summer on a frag that had multiple palys on it. I thought they are PD's, but now I'm kind of questioning that. I've checked some other PD's for sale throughout the other sites and they seemed very purple. I posted these FT/FS but don't want to misidentify them . The pic is off a little bit in color, than the actual.

Thanks
Rich

Mine seem to like a higer K bulb. When I was running 10K, they lost their P. I switched to 12K and their color came back. I tried 20K and their color was Bright P. I went back to 12k and their normal PD's again.

Keep them in the new spot for a few months and see if they get the P back. Everyone that knows their zoos will know that their PD's and will still want to buy them, knowing that they just have to find the right spot in their tank. And, you can't find a price as low as your's.

I got some from Mike...must have been in the 20K stage bright purple...put them under my 10K and they grew nicely but turned your color...got some new bulbs that are 12k getting a little more color back. Just one more thing I should have asked Mike when I was there.

I got some from Mike, too. Initially placed them on the bottom, had them there for about 4 weeks or so, and they looked pretty good. Recently moved them up pretty high, but under SPS (for some shade), with more flow, and boy are they ever so bright now. LOVE those PDs. ;D As for lighting, mine are under T5s only, a mix of bulbs.

If you had them at the top and they look like that I would leave them low. I have had mine under 3 types of lighting and they were a different color everytime. They look real healthy ;)
