hitch-hiker molt--any ideas?

I found a strange invert molt in the water column of my reef tank, pulled it out but there was no way to get a good picture of it.....it looked like a slightly larger mysis shrimp (I feed frozen mysis). Anyone familiar with a hitch-hiker that could be a similar size/shape that this could be from? Please don't say mantis shrimp.....

I've got a fuge running that breeds amphipods like crazy. Some of them are big enough to be seen moving from a few feet away, 1/8" - 3/16", even have a few that may be 1/4".
Possible its simply that?
Or maybe a baby Bobbit worm?

I have pods in my fuge but haven't seen anything close to that size. Maybe though....thanks

Do blue-legged hermits molt? I saw another molt floating around and I’m thinking this could be it.
