How do i send a Pm?

Click on the person's screen name and a box should come up with an option to start a conversation

A box shows up but only gives me follow/ignore options

Could be because you aren't a paid member

I did pay earlier this week in which i had couple questions about it so i wanted to message a staff member. Figured it may take a day or so for it to apply, but nothings changed on my account.

I recently had the same problem- I thought I was on auto pay, but with the price increase it didn't happen- anyway if you mention a person- I think the vp is best @Trio91 you will get a response

Paid member shouldn't matter unless they've changed something. With you logged on, and you click on a member, you should see this:



And there is "Start Conversation"
