How long should it take for a mushroom to attach

One of my mushrooms detached from the rock it was on.

I have placed it back on a rock and placed mesh over it (tool)

How long does it typically take for a mushroom to attach?

I've had them re-attach in as few as a couple of days, or as long as 2 weeks. I usually place them in a low flow spot in my sump on a pile of small rock rubble and let them attach on their own. If they are stressed, they will take longer to attach. At least in my opinion and experience.

Maybe about a week.... Jsut keep it in a low flow area...
Whatever you do DO NOT try to Glue or Epoxy it onto anything....
Just give it sometime and it'll get its foot into a little crevious...
I normally just put em near a rock and on the sandbed...
