How much SPS polyp movement in mixed reef?

Hey Guys,

I just spent 2 hours moving power heads and I am struggle getting enough flow to the SPS without torturing the LPS. My question is for those with a true mixed reef how much SPS polyp movement do you have?? If you do not have heavy SPS flow, are the SPS pieces still healthy?

I have a Over powering powerhead in the middle pointing up not pointing at anything Inparticular. Just making strong flow. Then I have under powered ones just to move some of the dead spots. You'd be surprised how much flow you get just from it bouncing off of the glass. None of my powerheads are pointing down but there is lots of flow down there. I might also be overkilling it but I like lots of flow. My turn around is roughly x55.

i have a mixed reef and the sps are toward the top and flow is mostly up there. the lps and clams are low and have low flow so both are happy my turnover is 108 but flow is mostly the top half of the tank.
