How to Keep Your Aquarium Cool in the summer months

My tank is now nice and cool. Can you tell from the picture below?

Greg, I did try your suggestion of Yuengling Light, and it just didn’t work for me. I noticed my feminine side coming out…wanting to do things like multitasking. Since I had a specific job at hand, I switched back to the Lager and got’er done. I now have a nice little shelf to hold the empties.

And Sid, I do believe you are backwards on the fan direction:

I forgot to add that site don't say what way the ceiling fan should run.. In the summer have the fan pulling up.. you don't want hot air blowing down on you and it also draws the cold air up.. other way around for winter

Regardless of direction, a ceiling fan quickly mixes the hotter upper air with the lower cooler air. In the summer, you want the down draft to help keep you cool from the breeze flowing over your body. In the winter, still want the mixing, but not the breeze, so suck it up and have it return along the walls. Now I could be wrong, it happened once before! ;D

I think the direction thing with the fan is old school. Turn the fan on and all of the air in the room will be mixed in prob less than a minute. Just use the fan for when you feel hot to cool you off a bit from the breeze. Thats about it. Now if you had a huge fan in the top of a room and some of that soda from wonka, then you could float! That would be cool.
