How to move an anemone that’s inside a rock

Hey guy so one my anemones went for a stroll and got itself inside a rock hole next to my hammer colony stinging up a storm trying to get it out and moving it away but their is no way to get under it any specially way to get it out?

So this is basically a common issue I have with the nems I'm trying to sell they are embedded in the rock work I the worst places.
I have tried a few things with varried success the best method I have come up with is to remove the rock with the nem from the tank place the rock across the top of a bucket with water from the tank the anemone should be hanging upside down and should be just slightly above the water level in the bucket exposed to air.
The anemone will sense the water and release itself from the rock and drop into the bucket this usually takes about 5 mins but works every time.
The problem is anemones are animals and go where they want so you will have the issue of them walking frequently.. eventually that nem may find a nice place to settle down and start a family at that point you'll come home to find that the one anemone you like is now 2 or 3 anemones and those babies are now looking for there own little slice of heaven to settle in and make babies.. one day you come home and find you now have 16 rainbow anemones scattered about your tank stinging your coral and smuggly laughing at your efforts to control there existence. Then you'll offer to sell them or trade them here to other members only to run into a series of mistakes coordinated attempts to arrange a pick up all while trying to keep those for sale anemones from escaping back into the main tank.. but they do and then you have to recapture them an try again to arrange a pick up this goes on for weeks and months and eventually give up on coral and become an anemone farmer...:ohnoes::cower:

You can keep the rock wet by pouring some water in it if it’s been out for a while. If the nem is upside down and the tips of the nem is touching water, it will drop into the water.
