how would this look?

for a 36" long tank, how would it look to have 2 150 watt halides, one with 10K color and the other with 14 or 20K for coral pop.. Has anyone tried this yet? Do you think it would look ridiculous? I would assume that at the center the two colors would blend nicely.

i got a 72" tank, and have tried with 150Wx3 - 10K, 12K, 20K each... don't really like one side is bright (white) and other side is dark (blue)

sold that light, now i am sticking with a 250Wx3 - all 14K.

It would blend in the middle but you might notice the different colors on the very ends. Give it a try
