I’m in need of a Trident tube!

Anyone around happen to have e a black trident tube. Somehow mine is clogged and trident not working since it can’t draw water. If not do I just leave trident on with no sample error until I get a tube? I have tried unclogging but not having any luck

Disregard, in my panic as I always do with my tank when something doesn’t work I rush to a quick solution. I ended up removing tubing and use a piece of pvc to roll on the tube to break anything up. Turns out as I was rolling the pipe on the tubing a bunch of gunk squirted out and now the tubing is all clear.

I was going to tell you to squirt the inside with hot water using a syringe. I did the same for my DOS tubing.

Reached out to Neptune during my panic and it sounds looks like they are sending me another tube. Not to mention I also ordered one. Now I will have plenty. This is what Neptune said

Sorry for the late response. But if you have an electric inflater for you bball. I put that into the tube and it normal squirts it right out.
But that pvc roller was genius. Will add to my tool kit !!!
