Yesterday I dose my tank with red sea nitrate removal and today is a mess my anemones and corals are close

Is it possible an anemone or something got pulled into a powerhead or wavemaker?
Some palys and zoas can actually release an ink-like toxin when disturbed, maybe they got mad?

I'd run a 30% water change and drop carbon in there right away.
Hope all works out, hopefully you have no losses

If I'm not mistaken it's some type of carbon blend for the tank like vodka dosing, the most I've ever dosed my 135 was 4-5ml, 30 ml right from the start will cause a bacterial bloom with the excess carbon

Actually max dose is 6 ml for your tank. Did you read the instructions?

Keep the skimmer running as wet as possible. That will help the most.

Aerate the tank with an air stone, bacteria is going to exhaust the oxygen in the tank.
