Wow, that's wrong on so many levels. I hope they get a very long prison sentence! I think they should impound their ship, sell it, and use the proceeds to restore the reef.

This is ashame. I wonder if they'll pull the whole "it was for research" BS like the Japanese Whaling fleets. Such a shame.
