I was walking past the mental hospital the other day.

I heard all the patients shouting "13... 13.... 13!!!"

The fence was so high I could not see over it, but I spotted a little gap in the planks. I decided to have a look and see what all the fuss was about.

As I looked through the gap some IDIOT poked me in the eye with a stick.

Then all the patients started shouting "14... 14... 14!!!"
