How long does it take from submission of the application via e-mail/paypal to it being reflected on the board?
That and does the membership card get mailed to you or are they distributed at the monthly meetings?

As to your last question, yes, we typically mail out the membership cards, which is why the application part is important so that we have your correct mailing info (paypal "addresses" are not always updated and/or may be linked to a family member so the address given from them may not be your correct address.)
