My Ice cap ballast stop working last week. I called and asked if I could drive down and have the unit fixed. I drove down and Dave said it would fix it within 1 hour. As promised, if was fixed within the hours. I drove back home and the unit still was not working. I called Ice Cap and Dave told me to come down again. I drove down and he st oped working on another problem and fixed my problem on the spot.

The ice cap guys are great. I have 6 400w DE MH pendant kits from them and I broke one of the bulb holders while installing new bulbs. I called to purchase a new one to replace the old one and they just gave me it for free. They even told me to bring it in if I had trouble installing it and they would do it for free. I would recommend Ice cap for any lighting needs.

ice caps good stuff and i like their products however i got a bulb from them at the swap in october and about a month ago it died on me. a 3-4 month old bulb shouldnt have crapped out.

no issues. as i have stated icecap is a great company and i enjoy their products. it was a t5 bulb, which i understand icecap does not make (currently) so your not at fault. i just wanted to include my one and only issue since this is a feedback thread. (positive and negative responses included)
again no problem, i went out a purchased a new bulb and all is well.
