What is the green bubble in the middle and the purple tip on the rock?

The purple is probably the start of coralline alage which is good. The green is bubble alage and is no good... Try and pry them off the rock without poping the bubble or that will release it's spores.

Thanks. Do I need to bleach the rock after removing the bubble algae? Some of them are deep in the crevices of the rock and I am almost positive they'll burst.

Not sure if they are. They're irregular shaped and about 1 to 2 mm size attached to rocks. Looks hard meaning they don't move around with the current.
