Sorry but I forget who was setting up new tank and was using inline heater. Who ever it was could you let me know how you like it so far. I have had three 800w titanium heaters last a couple weeks and then crap out on me. Tired of losing sps's do to temp swings. Thinking of just going inline, although I am not looking forward to the price jump, but figure it has to be better than losing coral and possibly fish.

I think this is the build that you are referring to. I had the same experience with the titanium heaters and eventually went to multiple eheim 400 watt heaters. They seem to be the only reliable heaters out there.
